Send it back for a refund or exchange. Here's how:
Contact us by: Responding to one of your confirmation emails, through the contact page, or at firstname.lastname@example.org
After we respond you can send your item(s) back to:

Note: In most cases we will send you the paid postage via email for you to print.
Include a note in your package with the following information:
Order Number (This should be in your confirmation email)
Reason for return (eg. too small, didn't like it)
Your contact information, email and/or phone number, plus your shipping address.
Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
- If you'd like an exchange, please list the product size and color if applicable you'd like instead. We'll ship the exchange back to you for free as long as your in the USA. For International customers, we recommend sending your item(s) back for a refund and placing a new order.
If you'd prefer a refund, refunds are issued back to the same method you used when placing your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless for item defect.
Note: We recommend you obtain a tracking number from the shipping company whenever sending items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit for return packages.
How to Qualify:
Contact us within 15 days of you receiving your order and make sure the item(s) looks just like it did when it arrived to you.
Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your package.
Products that have been washed cannot be returned.
All products must be in original new condition.
Products that do not meet these qualifications will be refused.
We try our hardest to inspect every item that ships out. In the case one slips by us and you are the unlucky recipient please CONTACT us immediately. We will take care of it right away.
