Include a note in your package with the following information:

  1. Order Number (This should be in your confirmation email)

  2. Reason for return

  3. Your contact information, email and/or phone number, plus your shipping address.

    • Refunds are issued back to the same method you used when placing your order. Return Shipping charges are non-refundable unless for an error on our end or item defect. In this case we will send you the paid postage via email for you to print.

    Note: We recommend you obtain a tracking number from the shipping company whenever sending items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit for return.

    How to Qualify:

    Contact us within 15 days of you receiving your order and make sure the item(s) looks just like it did when it arrived to you.

    • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your package.

    • Products that have been washed cannot be returned.

    • All products must be in original new condition.

    • Products that do not meet these qualifications will be refused.
