We currently use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for Priority post (recommended) / USPS and DHL for Standard post. Prices and delivery times calculated at checkout.
Items typically ship Monday-Friday and within 1 to 3 business days.
We currently offer 2 domestic shipping options. Standard Post (5-7 business days) and Priority Post (2-5 business days). *times are for estimates only
International orders ship USPS First Class Post. Times vary by location.
Tracking is included on all orders within the USA as well as a number of other countries around the world.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a link including all your tracking information.

We ship direct from our Texas store location as well as our distributor warehouse in Minnesota. You may receive separate deliveries depending on where your items are in stock.

Please be advised that you may be charged additional fees/taxes from packages arriving from outside of the USA. For any concerns please contact your local postal service. We are not responsible for any of these additional fees/taxes.
- Back Order or Out of Stock Items>
Occasionally an item you order may be back ordered or out of stock. If the item is not available for restock within 3 days you will be automatically refunded the full amount of the item. Out of stock items will be refunded as soon as possible, usually same day as order.
